Where can I find the cabinet serial number? +
All serial nunbers are displayed on a label attached to the interior ceiling panel on the left hand side of the cabinet.
This serial number is required when ordering any spare parts, as it relates to the original build components and history of the cabinet.
Please make sure you have the serial number before requesting spare parts.

Increased condensate clearance for chilled cases +
To increase the rate of condensate clearance, Verco open chill cases are equipped with a thermostat to control condensing temperature.
Adjusting condenser fan thermostat.
The condensing temperature at which the second condenser fan turns on is controlled by a thermostat.
To access the thermostat controller, undo the two screws at the front corners of the condenser unit tray and slide the tray out.
On hydrocarbon cases, the thermostat controller is located within the grey box on the right of the below image.
On non-hydrocarbon cases, the controller is mounted behind the condenser, between the two fans, as shown below.
The default set point of this controller for R1270 is 35°. For enhanced condensate clearance it is recommended to set it to 38°.
The default set point of this controller for R407f is 25°. For enhanced condensate clearance it is recommended to set it to 28°.
